Donate them to a school. The place I worked at let the kids use old CD's to draw on using permanent markers. Then they hung them on the wall. Make a very nice decoration.

What's wrong with them? Super scratched? Those Disk Doctor things do a pretty good job of fixing up scratched CDs depending on how bad they are.

Since you have so many of them, maybe you could glue them to the wall.. It would be really cool.. not like their good for much else, might as well be good for something- You could also, using string make a kind of banner thing.. Put hooks on them, and stick em in your xmas tree, (oohh sparkly)
