I hate to say this because it sounds stupid, but, well, pee all over your feet. The urine will kill most of the fungus growing on them. Just peel of your shoes and socks and hop in the shower when you have to urinate, and then give your toes a golden shower. Let it soak in for a bit befor eyou clean them off.

The best thing is Tinactin powder, not ointment. If that's not available use Mexiana powder.
Don't just powder it on. Do this- - - put a good amount between two toes, with your finger, rub the powder from side to side. That opens up the crack and gets the powder under the damaged skin.
Do that with all of the toes, then cover the whole foot with a thin layer of powder. Repeat twice per day. Of course, you should thoroughly wash and dry before powdering.
Whenever possible, keep the feet dry. The fungus requires moisture.

during the day leave your feet uncovered so they car air out, use cold compresses to ease the burning and inflammation, soaking your feet in salt water solution or epsom salts helps or instead of salt water a baking soda paste isvery good too. you have to scrape off the dead skin in the shower with a brush or comb (sounds painful) but it works. do it in the shower so the skin is softer and all the flakes are gone. apply the over the counter creams and make sure to keep you feet clean and dry. you have to wear shoes that let your feet breathe so the perspiration doesn't breed fungus. it worked for me.

Go to the grocery store and look in the health isle for an athletes foot cream. It's expensive and you need to use it religiously for about 2 weeks.

Soaking your feet in bleach really does the trick, and if you don't want to do bleach distilled white vinegar works too just not as fast.

Just use some Tinactin, or any other over-the-counter medicine. Use it twice as often as it tells you to. (That's the only difference between the prescription strength and the regular.....how often it is applied.)
