Good question. About this war, Hizb. kidnapped 2 israeli soldiers from within Isreal in UNDISPUTED teritorry, and shooting rockets at Israeli cities. Even Blair mentioned that, and even the arab counties made anti-hizb. comments.
Sabra and Shatila were over 20 years ago and even then it was arab christiens that killed arab moslems. Israel was just around. Doing what? Pushing arab terorrist from attacking northern israel like the did in 1977.
The PLO was because of arab land annexed in 1967. Of course. After all, it was fopunded in 1964!!! And the massacare of jews in Hebron, Gaza, Jaffa' Jerusalem etc. in 1929, that was for the state established in 1948? On what was BRITISH mandate land?
The killing in Gaza and Lebanon is much thanks to the terorrist hiding in civil areas. Israel is trying trying to take precautions much more the the arabs... many arabs, inclkuding terorrist got, get and will continue to get Israel medical treatment.
But saying 99% of muslims are radicals, and what an arab wants is bad for the world, well, as someone who lives and studied with them, I think that 99% are normal people who want some peace and quite but have a bloodthirsty "leadership" who do not miss an oppertunity to miss an oppertunity for peace (camp david 2000, for example, 29 nov. 1947 for another)

Stop beating up on lthe left. It's sad when Jewish people become bedfellows with the right wing just because they have an uncritical attitude about Israel (due to their religious sentiments) that can be exploited. Right wingers really don't like Jews. Their only interest in them is as possible converts, and their only interest in Israel is as part of their screwy "End Times" scenario.
As for the "lies" about Israel murdering people, if the other side of the Arab/Israeli conflict see the collateral deaths of innocent civilians (that will happen in war) as murder, I can't really blame them.
But don't think for a second that the left has any common ground with Islamists. If anything, it is the right who agree with them when it comes to disgust over sexual freedom. This is something that the right is always beating up the left over: their more relaxed attitude toward sexuality. Indeed, it is the pivotal dispute in determining whether one goes left or right!

Of course...Israel has never,ever done anything wrong and definitely has never,ever murdered someone...They only want peace...This is the reason they killed 1000 people in Lebanon(Muslims and Christians) and 200 in Gaza Strip(this in the last 5 weeks)...Let's not talk about Sabra and Shatilla,Jenin...'cos it happened long ago...

It is a shame that to this day Jews all tend to have the same sad tail of how they were exterminated as part of something called the final solution .

THE germans may well have prevented a great plague by the efforts made to destroy the plague which ment burning the bodies .
Today Israel openly drop hundreds of cluster bombs in an effort simply to create further hardship upon lebanon .
If you pay any attention to the United Nations you will see that Israel has had a number of sanctions placed against them and for good reason .
The systematic assult upon the palestinians and surrounding land and people .
Everyone In the region knew what would happen if Israel got a country given to them .It would be like making Terrorist central in kansas and nebraska, oklahoma ,missouri ,colorado ,texas, and the rest of the states , all trying to get rid of kansas .
The arabs have delt with the Jews for 4000 years and know best how to handle them .
Look whats happened in a short time in america .JEWS have a strong lobby they have nukes and access to all our weapons that we make .
