Have tried bleach and mould remover spray but this has not worked!

ignore any answers that suggest u can clean up the existing, IT WILL NOT WORK
You must cut out old and reapply new silicone, nothing else will do it, I know, i do this for a living!

Try white sealant mould remover

Definitely remove the sealant and renew it. It has lots of tiny holes in it which have got mould or fungus inside, and you have no hope of removing it. It probably isn't a modern sealant with fungicide in it, which will stop it happening again.

this is the best mold and mildew romover
1 part bleach
1 part water
1 part simple green
spray and leave it alone for 15 or so and wash off high pressure or graden hose
works great of eves of house too any where you have grenn or mildew

cut away old silicone with a stanley knife !then take blade out of knife, hold in fingers and gently srcap silicne reminents ! when clean reapply thin bead of silicone , wet finger and gently smooth off!

scrape it of and buy antimould sealant and reseal the windows.

You'll have to scrape it off and recaulk if bleach does not work.
