I haven't really tried it myself, but...

1. Click on the Start menu on your computer and click on "Control Panel."

2. Click "Network and Internet Connections."

3. Click "Internet Options" (bottom half of the window)

4. An "Internet Properties" window should pop up. You should be on the General tab.

5. Near the bottom of the window, there is a History section that says a bunch of stuff including "days to keep pages in history" and a little scroll box beside it. Change that number to "0".

Hopefully this works... as I said i've never tried it, but it seems logical..?

I don't think you can, but they'll disappear after a few days if you haven't looked at them recently. You can go to "history" on your toolbar and right click on "today" and delete everything that you have deleted that day.
