In a public area (usually malls) I've seen a few times where a psychic is also shopping but would will very deliberately choose a person in a crowd to tell them of their services, and that they can help them. What "clues" lead a psychic to pinpoint a person in such a way? Does the person look particularly vulnerable, or does this person emit an energy that only a psychic can pick up?

No. Real psychics exude an energy that draws people to them, they need not tell anyone because people usually flock to them and ask them without even knowing them...
The word "Sucker" written across someone's face is a good indication to let them know if they need psychic services.

I would never intrude on a stranger's privacy. If a person wants me to tell them something then they would come to me. Sometimes I 'know' people want to bring a problem they have up, I can feel it coming, but I wait until they are ready to speak.
