A friend for me, would be a person I can trust with expressing myself freely around. If I wasnt myself and acted the way I thought people wanted me to act, I wouldnt have some of the best groups of friends I hang with every weekend. So a friend for me...is someone who lets me be myself.

A friend or a best friend? A close-best friend that you confide into is someone who will be there no matter what and will stick with you. Isn't selfish and if you mess up, they are there to tell you its okay BUT when its not. Someone who your relaxed around and can be yourself and act dumb with and not stop and say,"What will they think about me?" Also, someone who you can say exactly how you feel even if its baout them and they dont get all mad, they talk it out. I got lucky and found someone like that. Someone WHO want s the best for you and wants to include you in their life. not be up your butt, but takes the time out to see how your week/day went. VICE VERSA. Sone one who were you dont have to explain yourself to them on y you did something cause they know you. Abd someone who PUTS YOU IN YOUR PLACE WHEN NEED BE. We've been BFfor 12 years.

A true friend will stand by you whatever the crisis. A best friend will give his/her life to protect you.

On the other hand "acquaintances" are people we meet and talk to but who aren't close enough for friendship.

Most of the people you meet and talk to are simple acquaintances,. . . not Friends.

a person who is always there and loyal to you. One who you can tell something and you feel comfortable doing it because they are trustworthy. Even though they may tell your secret or not be loyal sometimes you still are glad you have them sometimes when you need them most.
