My heavens, I never have been flashed, but I did unintentionally flash a few folks once. I was in the hospital some time back and decided to take a stoll to the vending area. Well, I wasn't thinking about what I was wearing and, let's just say that those hospital gowns don't leave a lot to the imagination on the backside. The nurse came up from behind me and put a blanket over my shoulders . . . I was wondering why it was a little drafty back there!

Yes. Nicotine is a drug and all drug users suffer some sort of withdrawal symptom. You will get cranky very easily and snap at people for no apparent reason.
Bear in mind though, that each craving only last about 3 minutes at a time. Get yourself through each of those and things will gradually become easier.
Good luck

youll have withdrawl symptoms when you quit anything with anything...
you prolly will make up for the smoking by eating... which isnt a bad thing if you work out ..
so... get a gym memb ership after you quit and replace smoking with working out and eating somewhat healthy

aside from REEEEEEEELEEEEEEE wanting a cigarette?
The mental habit of smoking combined with the physical addiction of the poisons in the cigarette can cause cold sweats, jitters, irritability and hunger.
The GOOD news is...when you DO break the habit, those symptoms go away, you get your sense of smell back (didnt think you lost it did ya?), you save all that money, you dont offend anyone with your smoke and you add years to your life.

Possibly. But it is all a matter of discipline. It's always a reflex action: coffee= cigarette. Meal, afterwards= cigarette. Stressed= cigarette. Relaxed= cigarette. It,s always a reflex action and you have to break this cycle. Mind over matter.

Headaches, irritability, nervousness, moodiness, nausea. Some of them. A little better than lung cancer I guess...
