From observation I'd say it's stuck between third world and second world but whats keeping it down is it's rampant arising crime rate and massive corruption within the goverment . but i could be wrong.

yes, too many contrasts between the developped south east and the north where the wages are under then minimum economic, not to mention the pioneer areas... so still 3W counrty
