When upset, does it make you feel better to cry, even if your eyes are sore? Or should you yell back?

I am easily hurt and crying is my favorite thing. But my eyes hurt because once I start crying I can't stop. Yet if I yell back, I say things that only hurt, things that I am sorry for later. What do you suggest?

Yelling doesn't accomplish anything but causes more yelling. When someone upsets you by raising their voice to you, answer back in a very low voice. The other person will have to stop yelling in order to hear you. Don't let your feelings get hurt. Tell yourself that you will be strong. Good luck. I hope this helps.

when u are upset the best thing is 4 u 2 b quiet or go 2 a calm and quite place wher u cant talk 2 any body then when u are ok u can meet some frined 2 help u 4gt wtis all abt

i also cry until my eyes have no tears to flow
but while im crying im drinking,drink to death until i fall asleep.
When i wake up i feel relieved but sometimes ull have the problem there, its hang over.

But these fast few years of my life i stopped crying even when i am hurt. Just try to forget the things that hurted u and life goes on.

leaving the situation may help quit sobbering so much he may find that as a sign of weekness. i never cry i usually yell back but for some reason when we yell we both end up laughing in the end were not fighters havent had a decent fight in years.
