Not directly; it's contained within the vagina, and may press against the cervix of the uterus. But the vaginal wall presses the bladder.

No it shouldn't the bladder is too high up, but all that bouncing around it sure may feel like it! A good thing to do is always urniate after having sex, this way you prevent bladder infections.
