Try Dermablend. I know JCpenney carries that line. It's great! A little goes a long way with this foundation and it truly conceals.

Getting rid of your pigmentation or discoloration could be done I am sure surgically, but I am not 100% sure. You could see a dermatologist ask ask what steps you could take to correct what you are not happy with...OR....
I googled looking for a heavier pigmentation coverage make up for you and found a few links that I hope will help you. Derma Blend has been on the market for quite sometime, and it is not just for people with scars, it's for anyone with anytype of pigmentation problem, or if you just want a really good coverage. A friend of mine has some pigmentation problems that have worsened over the years, and she swears by Derma Blend.
I hope these links help you!!! Good Luck!!!

If you are really worried about this then go to a beauty salon on spa and they may be able 2 suggest a facial treatment which will help you. I can suggest IPL (intense pulsed light) which is very good for skin rejuvenation and for pigmentation but this treatment is very expensive and requires a lot of commitment but you will get the results you are looking for

To cover you could use Dermacolor, better than Dermablend in my opinion, you can get refill palette colours and use them as testers to find the right color, it costs less that way and they have alot of shades
To even out pigmentation try AHA 8% to 10% lotion, any higher is not good to use without a dermatologists expertise, if you use AHA lotions/cleansers/etc you should wear a moisturiser with SPF protection
Good luck :)

If you have been trying to keep concealer on, maybe that's the problem? No air to the skin?
Learn to accept your natural beauty. I have not worn make up a day in my life. It takes time out of getting ready in the mornings too!

Use a tinted moisturizer - there are a lot on the market. You can find them anywhere that sells acne products. It moisturizes your face while creating skin that is more evenly colored. Good luck!
