The question is not simply do you remember a kid that is missing but do you remember specifics? Say what they are. Race,gender, location. Remember the kid must still be missing.

No. I think it would be almost impossible to remember unless you knew them personally. I don't even think law enforcement officers remember the names and descriptions of each missing child, they probably just search through databases if they find a child in an odd situation. I think if people were able to remember all of these details, then there would probably be a lot more missing children found. I can't even remember all of the missing children that I have seen information about, and I know that there are so many more missing that I haven't even heard about.
