I think that it is in the normal range. I am assuming since you work out that much that you have muscle weight and are toned. Do you feel good about yourself. Can you look in the mirror and say confidently Damn I look good ! If so embrace yourself and smile because some people are never happy.

Well as long as you are eating healthy and exercising, there is nothing wrong. It is an average weight for most girls of the age 14, especially because you are pretty tall. Good luck, and keep up the exercising - it's a great habit!

There is no "normal" weight, everyone's different. If you watch what you eat and you exercise (sounds like you exercise a bit too much for me but that's your choice) and you weigh 165-175 then that's what's "normal" for you. Get over what other people think, there are happy normal people of all sizes/types out there.

Totally normal hun! I'm 5'1" and I weigh about 130lbs. To some health-gurus I'm "fat" and "over weight" but according to my doctor I'm perfectly normal for my height and bone structure. The url below is the body mass index used by most doctors including BMI calculator. HOWEVER I AM NOT A DOCTOR!!! Only your REAL LIFE doctor can assess whether or not your weight is right for you. So be sure to talk to your doctor about your concerns.

175 is actually a little on the heavy side for a 14 year old. Maybe you're incorporating too much weight training, and you're building bulky muscle instead of lean muscle? Not sure of the specifics in your case.

I say consult a physician and ask his professional opinion about your weight and where you should be.

You excersize twice a day for 3 hours? Thats a bit much. Go out and have fun. Youre 14. Be normal. Accept yourself cause if youre excersizing that much and your not losing, go to a doc. but you are fine.

i'm thinking you're over-weight...exercising is good but I hope you're going through a healthy diet not the crash diets...

tips:
1. eat 6 small meals every day so you won't feel hungry every hour
2. do stretches in the morning for 5-11 minutes
3. don't sleep after eating! wait 3 hours...

:) :) :) :) :)
