Good news! You don't have to wait for the baby to born to find out if it's yours.
"With DNA analysis, paternity testing can be performed prior to the birth of a child. DNA testing can be done with a Chorionic Villi Sample (CVS), which is generally performed around 10 to 13 weeks of pregnancy, or through Amniocentesis, generally performed 14 to 24 weeks of pregnancy. Either of these procedures would have to be performed by an OB/GYN. If the mother does not have an OB/GYN, we can assist her in locating a physician. The testing is completed and results are air expressed within 2 weeks. Any woman interested in prenatal DNA testing should discuss these procedures with an OB/GYN. If the mother has more specific questions, please call us. We have experienced prenatal specialists on staff to answer your questions."
However, it can be costly. If you absolutely feel this is necessary, talk to your girlfriend's doctor about the cost of a DNA test. good luck!

you should see if the dates match up you should have a pretty good idea of the conception date @ her first dr.apt although the can be off either way by two weeks the best way is to get a DNA test as soon as the baby is born talk to the dr about obtaining the test kit when your girlfriend goes into labor bring it with you to the hospital with you but in the mean time you have no solid evedince of cheating and the fact that you had sex with her is not in question so you need to take responsibility for now good luck !!

i was gonna say shed tell you until i read the cheating part
ask for a dna test but after the baby is born otherwise there is a chance of damaging the fetus

Now, is there a reason to think she was cheating, or are you simply afraid of commitment?
Try to discuss it with her, but don't be surprised if she's pissed off. I would be.
(DNA testing and sentimentality are also valid suggestions)

def get a test. bad thing is you have to wait until the baby is born and those kinda feelings are not good to keep around. can make a sticky situtation but don't let the love takeover you should def. have a test just to be sure.

you might not have to spend all that money
example
if you are caucasian and the baby is born asian, latino,black or it is born saying "alah la la lah"
then turn around and run or walk ....it's not yours.
