Not necessarily!!
First of all, even without Urlacher, the Bears defense is still a top ten unit. Even if you take Urlacher out of the linebacking core you're still left with Lance Briggs and Hunter Hillenmeyer. Both are pro-bowl type players.
Secondly, the Bear offense will be MUCH better this year than last. The duo of Griese and Grossmanis is a MAJOR improvement over Orton. Thomas Jones, Cedric Benson and Adrian Peterson are all cabable of rushing for 1,000 yards. Plus keep in mind Mushin Muhammed wasn't able to do his thing last year because Orton wasn't able to get him the ball.
As things are now, the Bears are the class of their division. A first round bye and home field throughout the playoffs is defienly in reach.
Don't rule our a Super Bowl run for the Bears.

The Central Division (for sure the Lions) is weak. If Urlacher gets hurt, da Bears better score 50 points a game.
