The horn sometimes runs off of a relay. Do you hear any clicking when you push the horn button?
Did you check the terminals at the horn?

Are you talking about the horn on your car/truck/SUV. If you are, you might have burned out a fuse. Most guys at the auto parts store can help you replace the fuses.

Check your fuse box in your car. Read your owner manual (glovebox) and check under "fuses". Replace the fuse if there are burn marks on the wires inside the fuse. Or, you have a loose wire somewhere. Did you install a car stereo or other device and start messing around with wires? Take it to a car repair guy. If you don't fix it , you will find it hard to get inspected at inspection time.
