Yes, go to: www.rosecitysoftware.com -- Download their, "Registry First Aid". Run check the registry for errors. the program will perform a full back up of your registry. And will delete all files, dll, etc. etc. that are not needed.

Warning, there will be a check mark next to each deletion, the check marks with a green or yellow box are safe. If you are not an expert in computer leave the red box blank an it will not be deleted. If you are an expert go for it. As you have a back up.

This is not a free program, but you have a 15 or 30 day test period before u purchase.

I consider this registry program to be the very best in the world for fixing your registry of errors.

I use it and it is well worth the money with all the features it offers.

Plus this company has excellent relationships with Microsoft & other software companies world-wide. (There programs are well rated by Microsoft).

I have used Registry First Aid for nine years, and never has this program removed a wrong registry key.

Good luck.

If you wish to remove the backup" click, start , search for files & type in, "backups". You will get RFA backups and u can delete them after you know for sure all is okay with the deletions.

There are, but that is very dangerous. Many of these programs erase good stuff too, so if you use one make sure you have a good backup.
