try this ,this works use hot water with honey a spoon,a bit of lemeon make sure it is hot have it in the morning in empty stomuch there you go your tummy is in if you are not happy with it then you have to work out atleast 15min every morning just get up morning on your bed only try to do some strechs any kind it will reduce your tummywant any more you can find me all time at ash_tt06@yahoo.com
