a ruling was made a year ago regarding cc&r's. was have since learned since this ruling was made 8/05, the judge had no jurisdiction to hear this case. the lawyers did not use this in the case either. can you tell me what happens now? what do we do? this is in nevada. thanks for any advice.

you will have to hire another attorney and file a motion to have this verdit overturned because the court that heard the case did not have jurisdiction, The new court with jurisdiction can uphold the first courts verdict, or over turn it.

If it is overturned, then you will have to refile to get the old issue reheard in the correct court.

and it is almost impossible for a case to be heard in the wrong court, so you may wish to find out if the people saying this are telling the truth or not.

you need more specifics - what the ruling was about, how the case came about, what leads you to believe the judge was out of jurisdiction...etc...
