If you are paying attention in math class and not flirting with the other students, you can learn how to do math.
Someone giving you the answer will not teach you anything,
because all you are doing is copying the answer and not knowing how you got it.

1. percent also means per hundred. so in every 100, there are 5 20s. then it goes like this. 4/20 should be multiplied by 5. and the answer would be 20/100.
2. i think 150 of a salary raise is just like the double and a half of the salary. for instance your salary is $600. then if it will be raised to 150% i think it would be $1500. (600 is the initial salary. then it will be doubled = 1200 plus the half of the initial salary =300. then it will make 1500)
3. $8000 is the sale. and if the commission is 4.1% of the $8000, the commission fee would be $328. ($8000 x .041 = $328)
Got it!?

okay 4/20 is a fraction right?
Sometimes I can't tell.
Anyways 4/20 can be broken down into 1/5 because 4 and go into 20 five times and it can go into itself once.
so now you take 1/5 and divide the top number by the bottom number which gives you .2 in a decimal form then you have to move the decimal to the right twice to get the percent which in this case would be 20%.
okay 150% salary raise is going to be like if you make $6.00 an hour and somebody gave you a 150% raise then you would take 6 times 1.5 which would make that 9.00 so that would be the raise I think.
Or it could be that you take 6.00 and double it because that would be 100% to make it 12.00 and then half of 6 is 3 so that would mean to double 3 more to get the 50%. Which in turn would make it 15 dollars an hour. So on this one I am not to sure.
okay now the last one. you would take 8,000 and multiply it by 4.1% to see what the commission will be. so it will be $328.00
Okay so now I hope I have answered your questions correctly. But this is to the best of my knowledge.

# 1- because 20 goes into 100 5 times, and 5 X 4 is 20, then 4/20 = 20%
# 2- a 150% salary raise means you will be earning 1.5 times what you are currently earning. 100% is what you are making now, so 150% means you add 50%. If you were making $50,000 then multiply by 1.5 (150%) and you get $75,000
#3- if the commission fee is 4.1% on a $8000 sale then multipy 8,000 by 4.1% or .041 and you get $328

To express a fraction as a percentage you take the first or top number which is smaller and divide it by the bottom or second number which is larger. Your answer is 20%. To increase your salary by 150% means you increase it by one and one half times what it currently is. Using a calculator and assuming you make $10 per hour you would enter 10 + 150% = 25. To estimate the commision on a sale of %8,000 when the commission amount is 4.1% you first convert the percentage to a decimal by dividing 4.1 by 100 and you get 0.041. Now multiply the sale amount (8,000) by the commission amount (0.041), 8,000 x 0.041 = $328.

1)This equals to 1/5. That means from a 5 whole we pick 1. A 100% is equal to 5x20%.
So 1/5 =20%.
2) It means you get a 100% plus 50%. If your salary is a 100$ a week(hypothetically) you'll make a 225 $ , if you are a true worker and your superior officer is appraising what you have done so far; that means done an exceptional deed.
3)it is 328 $. You do 4.1x80=328 . Expl : if for every 100$ the commition is 4.1$, for the 8.000$ will be :(4.1x8.000:100)=328!
Did I help you out ? (don't bother for the points).
Ciao.....John-John.

-divide it out and multiply by 100, you should get 20%
-it means to get your double your salary + half of your salary...if you earned $200 before you would now be getting $200 + $200 + $100 = $500
-multiply the sale by the commission percentage as a decimal (you get this into a decimal by dividing the percentage by 100: 4.1/100 = .041) you should end up with $8000 x .041 = $328
hope this helps :)
and if you can, please sign my guestmap, thanx :)

4/20 = 4 divided by 20, or .2 = 20%
Salary * 1.5
8000 times 4.1% = $328
These are extremely easy to figure out. I hope you are like 10 years old or something. judging from many of the responses you received, we're in trouble...

* 4 divide by 20 = 0.2 = 20%
* 150% = 1.5, if you make $10/hour, the raise will be $10x1.5=$15/hour
* $8,000 x 0.041 = $328

It appears like could be a sturdy journey. If the mare takes to barrels, she could desire to be darn sturdy at it. together with her breeding, she could be rapid and agile, so she could have the skill to show a pointy barrel. Her small length could desire to help her turn speedier, which might make up for any time lost on the immediately aways. because it stands now, it seems such as you have not any real use for her using her length. So why not supply it a attempt. consistent with danger supply her to the gal with the stipulation that if she isn't aggressive adequate, you get her back. Then consistent with danger sell her as a junior rodeo horse.
