Would Reggie Bush been a better draft pick for the Texans? Yes, was their a better pick? Yes. You see in my opinion the Texans didn't need Reggie and they don't need him now. Their O-Line was ranked last in the last 6 years or so, what good is Reggie Bush if the O-Line is weak? Its like having Reggie Bush trying to rush with no O-Line at all and that would lead to a tackle behind the line and a huge loss of yards.

The Texans made a smart choice to not choose Bush, but they made a Bad choice choosing Mario Williams as well.

I still say no. Being a Denver fan and familiar with Gary Kubiak offensive scheme, he doesn't need a marque RB to make the O effective. Houston did need big help on the D line. So I still say that Mario Williams was the better pick for the Texans and will prove to be a longer term star than Bush will.

No, because they have two great RBs that can step up, especially Morency and Lundy who can share carries this year and make everyone feel Davis's presence is not nedded. As for Bush, I see RBs like Maroony and Williams having better performances than him. Mario Williams is a work in progress, but he gets double-and tripled team leaving other Texan D players open to make the tackle/ or sack.

Well....duh, no ****, they made the worst move in draft history, whether Davis is there or not. Reggie Bush is gunna be awesome, the Texans were just being cheap and didn't wanna pay his huge contract.

I can't believe the Domanick Davis bashing that's going on here. I will never understand why Houston fans refuse to give credit to the one bright spot on their offense. Yes, he gets injured. But any back that has to carry the ball 25+ times a game, week in and week out, with a miserable offensive line, is bound to get worn down. If y'all had any other weapons, or a half-decent QB, maybe you could use Davis a little less. He could have lasted much longer. As it stands now, he has been a one man offense for the last two years, and it has finally taken its toll. Look at his numbers before you trash him. He's one of the hardest working backs in the NFL.

They should have drafted Reggie, regardless. I hope Vernand Morency gets a chance to shine, even though Wali Lundy is being considered as the starter.

The fact is, the Texans now have Gary Kubiak. If he decided that he wants me to be the RB, I would get 1000 yards this season, because he is that good with his RB's. Just look at what he did with Denver, now he's going to do that with Wali Lundy.

No doubt they want Reggie right now...but fact remains, they didn't need him yet when the draft came around and they did need a defense. Defense wins championships...Reggie sells tickets.

$%&# happens...Mario Williams will perform nicely and you can bet Houston will want a RB with their 1st overall pick next season...(Round 1 Pick 1 for them again)

I thought that even before Davis got hurt. "Mario Williams" will be the "Sam Bowie" of the NFL.
