is it true that our minds remember everything, but we only remember because it is the way how we can recall it.

I do not know if it is accurate to say that our minds remember everything, but they do tend to store more information than can be readily reached by the conscious mind.

In addition to the constant stream of data from out individual physical senses, creative thoughts and emotional associations seemed to be stored. The exact mechanisms are still in debate. Physical and electrical probes, hypnotism, chemicals affecting the brain and diseases like Alzheimer's can modify what can be remembered.

Even people who have "photographic memories" can usually only recall a very tiny portion of the data stored.

No. The mind does not remember everything. memory is selective for each individual. Recall is the act of extracting that item of memory one desires assuming it made the necessary impression in your brain (a chemical/electrical impression) that was not eroded due to injury or disease.

are minds remember everything because an abstract idea or vision change the chemical make up in our brain but we are unable to retrieve what has been recorded because most things are unconsciously there.
