There are lubricants that you can purchase to hopefully help you. I would speak to my doctor about it if he isn't listening to you. He might have suggestions, or maybe you might need to be checked for medical problems. I think you would need to try some diffeent positions. Why don't you try being on top that way you can control how deep he thrusts into you and how fast. Hope this helps. Also try talking to him before you have sex, before anything sexually happens between you two.
