Property ownership is public record. Go to your local City or County Hall, you can look in the records and identify the property and who is paying the taxes on it. You may also be able to find this info on-line.

But before you act on the information, check local ordinances and make sure they are actually doing something against local laws. It isn't illegal to be annoying! "Disturbing the peace" does have a legal definition.

Call the police and be sure to keep a copy of the police report.
Keep a log book(note book) of times of the disturbances.I know its a pain in the @ss to do,but you can show it to the police, landlord, and maybe a judge later down the road.Keep you notebook handy,if they are getting lots of different visitors, jot down a licensee plate or two.
It may never amount to nothing, but it might and you will be glad you did.

go down to the court house, you can check with deeds and records as to who has the deed, also if you go to the tax recorder you can find out who is paying the taxes.
( the person who pays the tax is not always but normally is the owner)

Find your jurisdiction's property tax site and look up the address to obtain the name.

For example, in MD, the site is http://www.dat.state.md.us
