I have heard about an incident and looking for your advise. The driver employed by a known family, made an attempt to lift a minor girl from a nearby slum using their car which was foiled by the slum dwellers who rushed to the spot hearing the screaming of the girl and the driver escaped from the scene. Even after knowing this incident, the employer is still utilizing this driver’s service and not listening to his family members request to remove him. Is it not risky to keep such a evil minded person in service ? and what to do ?

This is serious. An (anonymous) phone call to the police if you don't want to go to the station.

An employer cannot move against an employee on the word of a group of people who may have a grudge against him. If you have info of attempted child molestation call the police. The employee could sue all of you if you cannot prove the incident occurred. Be careful

Why do you want to remove him from service and let him loose on other unsuspecting little girls? It is not a simple matter of firing him for a mistake. Report him to the police!, what he did was attempted kidnapping and it is a crime. Not to mention other violations they could tag on him. He should be arrested and if you report it he will be. Don't let him out of your sight to go do what he does somewhere else.
