First thing in the morning, after you pee and before you eat or drink anything. its the most accurate weight. try to wear the same clothing each time since clothing has weight too (if you wear shorts and a t-shirt one time, then jeans and a sweater the next time, the weight will be altered)

I am not sure about the best time, but it is best to weigh yourself at the same time everyday. This is ensure a firm baseline on your weight because of course your weight fluctuates throughout the day.

They say in the morning without clothes after you go to the bathroom. I have found though that if I ate a big dinner I'm actually lighter at midday. Don't bother weighing yourself more than once a week, you will just drive yourself crazy because it flucuates so much.

Well i am lightest first thing in the morning so i prefer that time.
I also try not to weigh myself more than once a week as my weight can go up and down a lot within a day

the best time it weigh ur self is when u get up in the morning because afternoon u have eatin and gained atleast 2-3 pounds and at night u might gain 1 pound from eatin and loss about 2 pounds so it really is hard to weigh ur self in those time so that y mornin rite after u wake up is the best time

every morning you should wake up and the first thing for you to do is use the bathroom. then weigh yourself. make sure you wear about the same amount of clothes each time you weigh. for me i'm always wearing pajama pants and a t-shirt so there is never reason to have a big difference in my weigh that involves apparel.

Best time is afternoon before dinner- you have had a chance to burn off those calories but have not had a real chance to store any. This is only if you are working out enough througout the day to work off more calories than you burn hopefully!!

As soon as you wake up, use the rest room and then weigh yourself nakid. That is your true weight and that is what hospitals use(when you are a patent, not just for a check up).
