Ok, this seems like a philosophical question. I do like this question though. First of all if everyone loved you...would you be lonely? Here we have two questions, that questions the person who is feeling the loneliness. Either it will be one or two things...the person doesn't know that they are truly loved, therefore they feel lonely. Or, the person knows they are loved, but is rather self-absorbed. I believe though that you can be lonely in any situation, but if people around are loving on you how can you be lonely? I mean it's rather simple to see that the person who is feeling lonely in the presence of love, and they know that they are loved is a self-focused individual, or it could possibly be another emotion...such as un-worthiness. Maybe this person feels un-worthy of all the love that is surrounding him or her. When you feel worthless love feels like a knife cutting you. When you feel worthless, happiness is like nausea...you feel like you shouldn't be loved, and you shouldn't be happy. So the answer to your question is... No, you could not possibly feel lonely if you are loved by everyone...you just are too absorbed with other emotions or one other particular emotion to embrace what is being given to you by others. Also it could be a sign of depression. If you or someone you know is feeling like this...seek help!

you can be the be the most "lonely" person being in a crowded room or as you said in a room of people that love you, if your not "content" with in your self, you have to be able to GIVE love before you can receive it

it depends on if you feel you are loved. If people love you and you do not feel their love you can end up feeling lonely

Yes. If you pretend to be someone you're not, then how do you know if people love the fake you or the real you? And if you don't know if they love the real you or the fake you, how do you kow if they love you at all? And if you don't know if they love you at all, then you don't feel loved. At all.

Hmmm...I don't know that one, so I'll answer it instead. You can be lonely...if the people who love you forget to tell you....

I want to be Bob Dylan. My friend Mr. Jones wishes he was someone just a little more funky.
