My goats balls finally fell off from banding. Since they have fallen off, all he has been doing is crying. Does he feel weird without them? When he ever he cries like a sissy pants its because something is bothering him. Could he be sore?

maybe he just misses them and is trying to get used to it and finding it hard. though usually an animal wouldnt notice so maybe you should see a vet

Oh geez, check with your local veterinarian. I am not sure, but sadly, it may be normal.
