i don't know how to do a hand stand so i want ways i can practice and how to really do it serious answeres only

try doing it against a wall. Put your hands down and kick your heels back towards the wall (you back will be facing the wall). After a little while you should be able to do it with out leaning on the wall. Oh, yeah! Make sure its a sturdy wall, like brick.

i can do it with out the wall i can almost go down the stairs doin it but i can walk around the house in a hand stand!hbut if u wnat to learn how i learned i practiced in the pool doing handstands and then walkning on my hands.and then i did the wall and started walking then i did it down the stairs 1 time and i can also do a backbend and then flip over all the way down the stairs!hope i helped!

hand stand? you need a lot of practice and talent to do stuff like that. there are several ways to do hand stands. but, it depends on your body, and on how you control your weight. it's up to you, how you do it, where you are comfortable. you also have to know how to balance yourself, and extra strength for your arms to carry your body up in the air. one of the ways is to practice against a sturdy wall. and try to keep a cushion infront in case you fall down (for safety purposes).

i dated this guy who could actually stand for minutes at a time. (i've noticed a lot of people who say they can do a hand stand fall over as fast as they get up)

he did this thing called CrossFit. its a fitness program, and it helped him with balance and nutrition and endurance. check it out.

stand facing a wall and kick your legs up to where they hit the wall. make sure you have a spot though!! i would really sugest though to take a class and learn. anyways thats how i learned so i hope this helps!

try being against a wall at first. i assume that the rest you can figure out on your own.
