You should definately use rolaids! They help your stomach feel so much better and you should also just lie down for some rest but don't lie on your stomach because that just makes it feel worse! I've had plenty expeirence with this! Yeah, so use rolaids or just lie down for some rest!

If it is just an upset stomach you can use pepto bismol. Give your tummy a break from food today or until you feel better. You could also try nothing and just drink liquids like, tea, soft drink and gator aid. Take a nap maybe you will feel better when you wake up.

Only if you want it to last longer or feel worse.

Try a little flat coca-cola or sprite or ginger ale. If you feel hungry, eat something bland - like crackers, pretzels, bread/toast, or some plain noodles.

Stay away from greasy, salty, spicy, or excessive dairy. Citrus juices are rough on the stomach too.

Try to take a nap if you can. It can relieve the need to vomit.

Don't take stuff like Pepto unless you see your doctor first. This kind of stuff can make it worse or last longer - two things you don't want.

an upset stomach can be caused by a lot of things, like increased acidity in the stomach, decreased mucous production, decreased prostaglandin synthesis (prostaglandin helps maintain stomach lining), and invasive microorganisms (like H. pylori).

there are different medications for each of the different causes.. (like antacids to neutralize acidity, antipeptics to cover up ulcers, histamine antagonists to decrease acid production)

if you're not sure which caused the upset stomach, better see your doctor first. Never try to self-medicate.

Pepto Bismal is a good one. A natural remedy is Peppermint candy. That seems to always help my upset stomach.

I guess it depends on what is causing your upset stomach. If it is too much acid or gas, try something like tums. If you have a stomach bug, or you are sea sick, try Ginger. If your stomach problems persist you should go to the doctor though.

Depends on what kind of upset tummy you have. Is it nausea or digestion pain? I get pains in my tummy (bad ones) after I eat, so I take a gulp of vinegar after every meal. The acidity helps with digestion and ends the pain quite quickly.
