If you have them both on the same network/workgroup, just share a folder on the new computer and copy and paste. If you don't, then use either an external USB hard drive, a "jump" drive (flash memory), or burn them to a CD on the old computer then transfer them to the other.

Probably to connect them both to a network, create a shared folder on one machine and just copy them over, across the network. Otherwise try a large (2GB or so) USB flash drive and shuttle it back & forth.

i use a 100 gig external hard drive. all music, photos, etc. are stored in that and it can be moved to any other computer. cost about 100 bucks.

Copy your library list to the other computer.You can do this it you are on network.
