Its all depends, eveyone has a different body type.
for instance one person could be 5'7 and the other 5'1 both at 130pounds . There are two different variables that you cannot compare

You think this is tiny, right? Well, I actually have a very slim and petite body frame, so it's alright. And my ethnicity includes Chinese, and Chinese are usually particularly small, so... there you go! Body frame and ethnicity matters A LOT. ; )
