A favourite colour can vary. Mine is ivory, but it always used to be navy.

There was a book published in the early 1970s by a Dr Max Luscher that showed that your colour choice could change from day to day. He also showed what your choice of colour indicated your state of mind at the time you made the selection.

As a little missionary girl growing up in Sri Lanka I was very partial to a soft twilight blue. It nestled in the trees like thin gossamer draping the jungle forest. The night air was so cool after the hot day. My dress was so crisp and clean. I could listen to the night sounds and fall into that blue like a child into the arms of its mother. Now I am older and far from being a missionary of any sort. But I still go back to that little village by the sea. And your question helped me do just that. Thank you.

My favourite colour is blue light or dark preferably dark. I love it when it's mixed with intense pink. My worst colour was yellow and brown. It's like sick after you've ate cous cous!! I love black as well but I never tell people that 'cos they all say I'm a goth and a weirdo when I say that.

Whats yours?

It depends on my mood, if I am feeling happy it is usually green, if I am feeling a little out of sorts then it is very deep blue, if I am in a bad mood it can be amethyst, but those are my main three.
