Short of surgery, not really. Oh, and laser therapy is a form of surgery (hurts like blazes, really).
Rubbing vitamin E into the scar may help to fade it, though.

No doubt laser treatment could completely remove the scar, if you follow up for a few treatments, but the costs are exorbitant.
Perhaps you can try chemical peeling which would cost much lesser and assist in lightening the scars as well.

You can't remove a scar without surgery, but you can reduce it's appearance, either by non-ablative laser treatments, injections of steroids performed by a doctor of course, topical creams and treatments such as Retin A/Copper Peptides or silicone gel sheets. Good luck : )
