Well, Earth will be a planet I guess. It's orbit would always be direct, like the moon is now, or the sun. Ooh! The Earth in the lunar horoscope will always be opposite the moon in the traditional horoscope. Not that you could use that for interpretation purposes, I just think it's cool.
The zodiac might have to be adjusted a little, but it shouldn't be by much because the moon orbits the Earth in a circular motion. Most of the constellations the eccleptic is based on will be in the same place. But they'll have a field day sorting that out, anyway.

A birth on Earth's moon is not much of a problem for astrology. A birth on Mars would be a bit more difficult, a birth on Pluto would be way more difficult, and a birth in another galaxy might be more difficult still, but the problem is not insurmountable. In fact, there are numerous ways for astrology to approach horoscopes such as these.
First, even in traditional astrology, there are systems that are NOT centered on Earth.
Second, we already have some hypotheses about how Aspects with Earth from other "planets" would be delineated at hypothetical points in space outside of Earth.
Third, as we expand our view of the universe, astrologers will already be hard at work observing, analyzing, and arguing long before any human being actually arrives at such and such a place light years distant.
So.....not to worry! If your grandchild is born off-world, the astrologers will be ready to chart and interpret a valid horoscope.

It is not difficult. man can never live in free atmosphere of moon
Neither can he live in side a space suit. he can live only under simulated earth conditions. He has to live in the sun phase of the moon because he cannot live without the sun light. so all factors get fixed for casting a birth horoscope if need be. The fundamental fact will always remain that man cannot survive in space indefinitely because his physical body is composition of 5 elements of which earth and water are 80%.

The parameters would change. The local time of birth would be taken, along with the place in terms of the poles of the moon and the placement of the planets in diff. constellations as viewed from the moon at the time of birth to make the horoscope.

Since man will be living in the moon and horoscopes have their planet or are somehow linked to them, its a possibility that they might find new planets. So that means it'll depend on the planet..that's what im guessing i mean im not sure lol
Take care

It would all depend on the date and time still...regardless of where he was born...they would just have to go by the time on the moon.
