they want to see if you are still interested and then their ego can be stroked once again that he has someone who is still hung up on him. It's all an ego thing. It sucks and I've had it happen to be a lot lately. Once they find out you aren't interested, they start messing with you, to make it so that you will be interested. It's all a game.

Murphy's law. Men seem to have a built in radar for when we are just starting to move on. But they are never serious. It is like they want to keep us hanging on so we are available if they ever have a need for us.

A lot of reasons, but mainly because they miss the sex or it is getting to their ego that you are probably getting over them and they can't believe it.
