About 12 -14 weeks ago, lottery officals stopped using the random ball selector and started to use THEIR computers to select the winning numbers. Since that time, if you check past winning tickets for the last year, you will find the $2 to $20 winners have increased, but the larger payouts have been reduced around 30%.
Information leaked that out that only .45 cents of EVERY dollar is applied to the lottery payouts and .55 cents is for administerative costs. Lottery officals have stated, "If you don't like it, don't play". Wow. Have we created a monster or what?

Does this bother anyone else, or are we so used to being screwed we are numb to the financial rape the working class sustains by the city and state governments?

This sounds like BS, since there isn't just one set of lottery officials and since you provided no source for this story. I'm betting that you've been fooled, or else you're just trying to fool others.
