Will if she had a ultra sound test and a amniocenteses test done on her while she was carrying the twins and nothing show up of any abnormalities in the girls. Then I say you are good to go and nothing more might not happen to them. If you were worried about autism I suggest you monitor the girls to see how they are doing growth and development wise. You can get books for the library and at a book store listing the stage of developments of your twin daughters. These list age for each developments in a child growth are only guide lines. Some children develop faster than others. Of course take your daughters to the doctor for regular check ups to see how they are doing; and when they go for their shots you can ask the doctor and public health nurse questions about how they are doing developmentally wise.

they should not be any complications unless the doctor says.. Have you spoken to the doctor? I believe that he/she is the only one that can let you know whether there is complications are not.

You should asks the doctor to know for sure...

Not now that the babies are out.. Any complications would have been while she was pregnant.
