Change Pop-ups on a mac computer?

I am trying to play a card game and this is the message I get
"Could not open table window. Please set your browsor to allow pop-ups for this site and try again" How do I do this.

In the Menu Bar, under Safari, select the Block Pop-Up Window option to enable/disable it. Cmd + K is the keyboard shortcut.

Press the Apple key + K.
