This is a really tricky question! I had a car that was actually sprayed by a skunk once (Really!), so first you should start by finding out if you just ran over the skunk or if he actually had time to spray. Things like your air filter (should be around $10) should be replaced, because you're just never going to get the smell out. And then try a citrus cleaner for the underside of your car. Even the degreasers at the automated car washes are good for this, because they help loosen the chemicals that cause the scent. After I realized that my car was actually sprayed by the skunk, I was rid of the smell in a couple of days (I had been cleaning the wrong areas before). But it did leave a chemical mark in the paint (from the spray, not the cleaning products).

Wait a few days and the odor will go away there really is not any thing that will take the smell out but good luck.DON'T GET SICK ON THE ODOR!
