You need to install a Special Bluetooth Software from either Market or Internet on to your Laptop or Computer . I haven't find any "Free" Bluetooth Software on Internet but may be such a software exists .
But you can always get hold of such a software at a price .

Make sure ur phone is set to 'Find Me' or 'Discoverable'

On a motorola phone u need to set your phone to 'Find Me' in your bluetooth settings, which will make ur phone visible to your computer for 60 seconds. Most phones dont need this, u just need to make sure bluetooth is switched on in your phones settings (Check user manual or download one from your phone manufacturers website)

Then you find whatever it is you want to send to your phone, right-click -- Send To --- Bluetooth Device. (using Windows XP)
