Just about anything. Money, work, family problems. I have a difficult time shutting my mind off. It's very frustrating. But at the age of 45, it's defiantly not the boogie man.

Bloody Mary, though she has never been 'called' through my house, this morning I heard a tapping sound in my closet, nothing was there my mom heard it downstairs so I'm not insane. We also have odd new neighbors. And some things that have nothing to do with me getting physically hurt that I just stay up thinking about.
I have really bad insomnia...

Thinking...about anything and everything. Life, philosophy, my kids, going back to school, my economic problems....The world, wars, pain....i could go on and on..
And the boogie man in my closet and under my kid's beds are my friends!

if i have taken a real long nap in the afternoon like more than 3 hours , it can also be on the day of my nite duty 'coz i just cannot sleep in a different bed , also the day before exam as i may be hyper anxious ...other than these no other factors as i can take mini nap while still being seated on the study ( my Mum has caught me in the act several times!!)

Nothing, I sleep soundly through dang near everything these days. It is a rare occasion that I am up all night, and it usually involves a crisis event , ie, being called to the hospital, or a death.

Unresolved issues... I keep a pad and pen beside my bed, write down the issues.. that helps me to go to sleep as I don't have to think about them anymore!
And yes, there is also that boggie-man in my closet!
