This sounds interesting so I would like to try, I am not trying to offend anyone, just using my reason and logic. I am assuming a Judeo Christian veiw, personally I am Buhdist and God isn't the focus.
1. Choosing one child over another. It seems to me there would be a lot less fight now if God hadn't chosen one group of people as his Chosen People. It is almost like putting a kick me sign on your own childs back.
2. Giving man dominion over women and all creatures on Earth. We haven't handled either of those responsibilities very well. It is like giving your teenager the keys to your car as soon as they can drive no questions asked.
3. Allowing man to speak in his name. That is a lot of power, man by his nature as a "child of God" is absolutely corrupted by power. It is like encouraging your kid to become a bully instead of an intelligent and compassionate being.
4. Contradicts himself so much that it splinters his "family" into divied groups at odds and sometimes war with each other over what God meant. It is like the family where the Father constantly saying but doing nothing while his family commits matricide against itself!
These are all I can think of. This was harder than I though it would be,fantastic question. I came to these by thinking of God as a Father in family situations. I learned after answering the question that God seems to have very human failings in the christian world.

God doesn't make mistakes, he's perfect. Only stupid people make mistakes and then blame God for them.
God created the angels to love and serve him, but some rebelled, but he knew that they would do that. God doesn't want a phony love, he only wants genuine love from us, but he doesn't make mistakes. Oh, and I already have a seat in heaven waiting for me.

I could write you a whole list of things that range from earthquakes to plagues, but those are not truly God's mistakes. Everything has a reason and it is not up to us to decide iif it was a mistake.

growing to be....once you provide "unfastened will"... they think of for themselves and approximately themselves....for sure they had severe evaluations approximately themselves....too plenty creation is a bad difficulty.
