i do not know what time you are eating dinner, but i think you are eating late, then sleeping on the food. try to eat a bit earlier. i try to eat my dinner before 7. in fact sometimes i eat heavy during lunch then for dinner i may have a salad, or veggies with a glass of wine. also, it helps if after you eat, you take a walk. you can stroll around the block for about 20 or 30 minutes which will help your food digest. that way if you eat earlier, and take a short walk, by the time you get ready for bed, you will have digested most of your food and you won't feel so heavy at night and in the morning. think about it , if you were food, would you want to sit for 6 to 8 hours? lol

Eat less during dinner. Instead of eating till full, try eating only up to 75%. Soon you will be used to it and feel more comfortable. Then you will continue to need less food before you go to bed. When you are sleeping you use very little energy, so your dinner should not be too much.

just eat a really light dinner or eat 3 hours before you go to sleep... if you do that, you'll wake up in the morning refreshed and hungry

Try to have something lighter for dinner, like a soup and have a better meal at lunch time.
