Sadly it is all in your genes. I'm classed tall for a woman (being 5 foot 9 inches), my daughter's father was considered to be tall for a man (he was 6 foot 2 inches) yet she is only 5 foot 6 inches tall at the age of 18. The most she may grow is possibly another inch, but we believe she has maxed out in her height seeing as how she has not had a height growth since she was 16.

My son now is 15 and is still growing... in fact he just added yet another inch of growth... and now stands at 6 foot even. Yet his father was only 5 foot 5 inches.

It all depends upon how your genetic make-up is. You could get those extensions others have mentioned but they are quite painful... and also quite costly!

Erm, your height is a genetic thing - i.e. if you've tall parents, you're more likely to be tall. You could either try heels or lifts, failing that, go to the Tower of London and try their rack out for size!

You won't be able to get to 6'11. There's people that get steroid injections from the doctors, but the most you can get more is probably three inches. Maybe try playing basketball or working out.

Growth Hormone is responsible for height. It is produced by the pituitary gland of the human brain. If you have a deficiency, you can buy injectable human growth hormone...

I heard that some dwarves get leg and arm extensions. It's probably worth it, especially if you are only 5'4''.
