nicely agency informal replaced into created to be more effective comfortable, basically like you suggested. for this reason if females are more effective comfortable in dressing that way i extremely do not see what's the problem. the problem should be in the journey that they don't seem following the guidelines of the "informal Dressing" females are not any more meant to positioned on sleveless shirts and skirts that are shorter then their fingers, no see throughs or anythign liek that. you need to nicely be focusing too complicated on your women human beings co-workers, truly of searching some thing which will flatter you. those days is about being comfortable and fashionable together. certain I agree, adult males wouldn't have that many selections( except you're waiting to develop right into a mode setter via wearing a skirt or or one in each and every of those Irish clothing) yet there are ideas to make your clothing seem more effective, you probable can ware semi-informal shoes with jeans and a blazer. you are able to positioned on print t-shirts undeneaththat suits your shoes.....perchance you want to commence staring at the form channel lol and compy a number of their developments!

Because it looks more polished and professional, that's why. Look, if you don't want the restraints of a dress code, quit the job. Someone will be waiting in the wings to take that job and not bi*tch about what they have to wear. It's just a JOB ! Godloveya.

About 10 years ago, at my family's local Pizza Hut, the dress code was for men to wear black pants, and women to wear skirts. My mom's friend just got back from the US Corps, so she started working their. She really didn't like to wear skirts. In fact, she hated anything "girly" and perferred pants. My dad is a lawyer, so he sued Pizza Hut, and brought them to court. My dad won, and now, whenever we go to Pizza Hut, we NEVER see women wearing skirts, its always pants.
So, to answer your question, no, its not OK to have a dress code.

Supposedly it's because pantyhouse/tights are business looking where as without them it's only business casual....but at my job our dress code is so strict we're forced to wear makeup! I hate that!
