For now you should be able to go to any Mom and Pop run restaurant to get their used oil. When the popularity of biodiesel creeps ever higher you'll have to begin competing for the oil.

You can also post an ad the day after Thanksgiving for any used cooking oil. The current trend is to deep fry turkeys for dinner, and that leaves about 4 to 5 gallons of used oil in each house that uses this method. For someone with a diesel car this could be a goldmine that will give them at least a few months worth of fuel.

I have heard that you can go to any restaurant that uses it. More than likely they will give it to you so they don't have to dispose of it.
