Having an abortion let alone coping with must be very hard to deal with.I think first of all you need to see a doctor for those wounds on your wrist, secondly you need to see your gp as he/she can suggest either counselling or a support group. There are other people who have been in your situation and can help put you back on the right track.Your boyfriend seems a little heartless in telling you to deal with this yourself.Maybe you need to sort yourself out and take a break from seeing your boyfriend and when you feel better you can then assess whether your relationship is worth saving. Please don`t self harm again seek help it is out there..........Good luck.

Abortion is a hard thing to cope with but there is nothing you should be ashamed of. It would be worse to bring a child into the world that you arent able to take care of. You need to seek counselling and dont ever let a guy treat you like crap!! You can still go on and find the right guy and have children later when you are ready.I had an abortion when i was 18, now I am 33 married with 3 great kids.

oh sweetheart, you obviersly had your reasons for your abortion. you can not deal with this on your own its not fare to you. there are counsilling sites on the internet and support groups i would imagin. go to your doctor and ask about these groups. tell him how you feel. and see if you can speak to someone who has been through the same as you. your not alone. many people have been through what you have. you should remind your boyfriend it has taken two. now you need him more than ever. be strong. look after yourself xxx

Not wishing to be harsh, but opening it up on this board is not a particularly useful option. It does, however, demonstrate that your problem with self harming is obviously seated in a need for attention, and asking the question on Yahoo Answers is a cheap way of getting a lot of people to take motice of you. Your psychological problem needs real help, not cyber based advice.

First, dump the guy! Second, seek counseling from a friend, family member, or a professional.
You made the best choice for you, so stop hating yourself.

Ignore any horrible replies. You need to speak to someone as soon as you can. Better if it is someone who is neutral.....not family, friends, boyfriend. Contact Samaritans, GP Counselling etc. And do it NOW!
