Well, first of all, you don't see 43 year old guys that look like that anymore lol. Second, his acting rocks!!! In my opinion, he is by far the best actor out there, and it'll be sad when he gets too old and quits. He doesn't pick the big roles where he's the big hero that saves the day and gets the chicks. He picks the coolest roles that are weird and awesome!!! Plus he doesn't go around looking for a bunch of publicity like a lot of actors do. I don't see how anyone can't like Johnny Depp!!!

Because he has an excellent range as an actor. Too many actors today just play themselves but Johnny Depp usually takes roles that stretch his acting ability. Cry Baby is one of my favorite movies.
Also it doesn't hurt that he's cute and seems to be a nice guy in real life.

Johnny is an amazing actor. He made a career out of choosing unusual roles that most actor's wouldn't dream of taking and turned them into the most memorable characters. He's not your typical Hollywood star, he likes his privacy, and he's a great father for his children. He also acknowledges his fans and continues to be appreciative of them, unlike some Hollywood stars. Those are the main reason's I like him, but it also doesn't hurt that he's extremely good looking.

Because he's a talented actor who isn't afraid to take roles that enable him stretch as an actor or because he like the role, even if it won't be a box office hit. Because he knows what's important to him and has maintained his personal ideals and not been a sell out. Seems to have his head on straight & has no grandiose ideas of himself or beliefs. He's also easy on the eyes & looks great in eyeliner!

He is rather mystifying and sexy! His acting is just awesome! Most of the roles he plays are enjoyable to watch. I love his characters he portrays in all his movies, especially Sleepy Hollow, Edward Scissorhands and Pirates of the Caribbean!
He is also a real person,a great father, as he cares for his family in a non-bragging way. Unlike Tom Cruise! Blah!

I love that he's so humble.Even after all these years..all his fame and glory,he's still very down to earth..not at all conceited.He's good looking in a mysterious,dark kinda way which is why most women adore him....like theres so much more to him than what we see.Hes a GREAT actor...choosy with his roles...only does movies he believes in and not for the money or the "hollywood"fame.He's intelligent,well cultured,and I have heard a great husband and father....he's truly admirable!!!

I go not understand what people see in him at all...I think he always looks dirty, unkept, and child-molester-ish!! He may have been decent looking 15 years ago..but the times have changed ladies..... Also the way he acts kills me---is he always on drugs--or is he just trying to act artsy-fartsy... I don't get him....We actually discuss this at work often--because they all love him--and he simply creeps me out...I even hung creepy pictures of him on the office refrigerator to scare people off!! haha....
